Identification

Hayden Cameron, sole proprietor — 2170 Boul. René-Lévesque Ouest, Montréal, QC H3H 2T8, Canada — +1 438 226 8131 — haydencameron.contact@gmail.com. Full details are in the legal notice.

Purpose and nature of the services

The services offered are personal guidance: listening, reading a situation, traditional practices, cleansing and protection work. They are a personal approach and are not therapeutic in nature.

They do not constitute medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. For any physical or mental health difficulty, consult a healthcare professional. In an emergency in Canada, call 911.

Access and age requirement

Guidance is reserved for adults (18 and over). Browsing the site is free and open.

Getting in touch and how it works

Contact is made by phone, WhatsApp, email or through the form on this site. A first exchange lets you set out your situation and determine whether guidance is relevant. No commitment is made before that exchange. Guidance takes place remotely, anywhere in Canada.

Fees and payment

No fees are published on this site: as every situation differs, terms are presented and agreed with you before any commitment. You are free not to proceed.

Payment is made by Interac e-Transfer. No payment is processed through this website.

Cancellation and rescheduling

An agreed appointment may be cancelled or rescheduled by either party with reasonable notice. Any refund of a sum already paid is agreed directly between the parties, case by case. Under Quebec's Consumer Protection Act (CQLR, c. P-40.1), your statutory rights regarding distance contracts remain unaffected.

Mutual commitments

Hayden Cameron undertakes to listen attentively, to keep exchanges confidential and to state terms clearly before any commitment.

You undertake to provide accurate information and remain the sole decision-maker for your personal choices: guidance sheds light on a situation, it does not decide for you.

Confidentiality

Exchanges are strictly confidential. How your information is handled is described in the privacy policy.

Intellectual property and governing law

Site content is protected under the Copyright Act (R.S.C. 1985, c. C-42). These terms are governed by Canadian law and the law of the province of Québec; any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Québec.
