• Through the form: first name, phone, email (optional), concern, practice of interest, preferred contact channel and message.
• By phone, WhatsApp or email: only what you choose to tell us.
• Campaign technical data: Google advertising identifiers (gclid, gbraid, wbraid) and UTM parameters, used only to measure advertising performance.

No banking or card data is collected by this website.

• Answering your request and following up on guidance.
• Measuring advertising performance, in aggregate.
• Meeting applicable legal obligations.

Your information is never sold, rented or traded.

Consent and ad measurement

Measurement cookies are only set after your explicit consent (Consent Mode v2: denied by default, as Law 25 requires). You can decline without losing access to the site, and change your choice at any time on the Cookies page.

Retention

Requests are kept for as long as the guidance requires, then deleted. Aggregated measurement data follows Google Ads retention periods.

You may request access, correction, deletion or portability of your information, withdraw your consent, or file a complaint with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec.
